About the Retreat

Join us for a transformative weekend retreat exploring the Buddhist concept of groundlessness—how embracing uncertainty leads to greater peace and freedom in our lives.

Throughout this retreat, we'll explore the Three Doors of Liberation:

Through guided meditations, gentle movement practices, thoughtful discussions, and time in nature, we'll cultivate a deeper understanding of these principles and explore how they can transform our daily lives. This is also our 1st annual gathering for members of the podcast community to have a chance to get to know each other in person.
